FCES Parents/Guardians: Please make sure you sign the Barn Hill Preserve form even if your child isn't buying anything. It is a permission form that allows your child to watch the presentation. If they don’t have it then they can’t watch it.

Reminder: We will be having our 2023 Christmas Concert on tomorrow. We will open the doors at 12:45 PM and begin the concert at 1:15 PM. The classroom parties will follow the concert. Please don't forget to bring proper ID to sign in. Santa will also be at the school first thing in the morning and the students will get their picture taken with him!

3rd, 4th and 5th Grade Families: Be on the lookout for an information sheet for Monday's trip to WVU for the basketball game. We sent it home with kids today, but you can also see it on our Facebook page. Have a good weekend!

We want to send a huge shout out to our PTO for decorating the school last night with all the Christmas decorations! It looks wonderful and the staff and students love it!

PICK-UP/DROP-OFF Parents, I wanted to ask that we be respectful when we're lining up for parent pick-up at the end of the day. Please do not block driveways near the school entrance and please stay off of the property of our neighbors. We've caused some property damage already and would like to prevent it from happening in the future. Thanks, Mr. Baisden

On Wednesday, November 8, FCES had Chris Jordan come into our PK - 2 classrooms and read a book that he wrote to our students. Chris is not only a children's author, but he is a veteran.
